Why it is so hard to be open and talk about anxiety or depression?
Is it still a taboo or humans are a just a soul who want the things as it is?
I feel like most of the people keep the broken life as it is, and often disconnect from mass. A resurgence and reallocation of memories. A thought provoking retrospection and mind hammering task. But if we open to someone neutrally, can we share the burden of the past? Can’t we just drain the negative vibes out and fill with something positive. Are there less recreational activities? Where we will find peace? Where do we belong?
