Pain

What will you do?

When unbearable pain occurs,

Jaws closes and spine corrupts

World spins around And,

Words come back like solitude,

I see a doctor and he cures,

A temporary pain relief,

In our life, we do the same,

Doctor aren’t real, so that feeling,

We keep fighting till pain smoothly vanish.
This poem on pain.
What you do in pain ? Any of these ?

  1. Drink aspirin! Lol! Kidding aside, I would do self-check…where is this pain coming from? Was I wronged? Was I expecting something that I didn’t get? Was I intentionally hurt by someone I love? Did I do something that I now regret? Once identified, then I’ll contemplate on my next action plan to deal with the pain so I could then move on. 😊

  2. Pain can come in so many forms, sometimes for no fault of ours too. Its not easy, but the most important thing is to evaluate why we feel the way that we do. Most of our answers are there!

  3. Emotional pain often exacts a greater toll on your quality of life than physical pain. The stress and negative emotions associated with any trying event can even lead to physical pain and disease. In fact, emotional stress is linked to health problems including chronic inflammation, lowered immune function, increased blood pressure, altered brain chemistry, increased tumor growth and more. Of course, emotional pain can be so severe that it interferes with your ability to enjoy life and, in extreme cases, may even make you question whether your life is worth living.
